Bradford Lineberry launched his real estate career within his family development company, Lineberry Properties, quickly developing a passion for the industry. After receiving his BA in Accounting and MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship, Bradford started his commercial sales career with Marcus & Millichap in 2015 focusing on Net Lease & Multi-Tenant Retail throughout the Southeast Region. During his time at M&M he received the Rising Star Award as well as the CFCAR Circle of Excellence award. At that time, Bradford had been directly involved with over $500M in CRE transactions. Bradford is now the Broker/Owner of Lineberry Real Estate that focuses on Sales, Leasing, Development, and Management of Retail & Industrial properties in the Southeast.
Their talents include recognizing the potential in neglected or underdeveloped properties and developing and implementing a plan to bring these properties to reach their potential.
