Whataburger is coming to Mt. Juliet fall of 2022. A prime location at the corner of Mt. Juliet Road and Lebanon Road, the community will enjoy the new business. The Tennessean announced nine new locations for Whataburger in the Middle Tennessee area.
Whataburger has signed a lease to open a new restaurant in North Mt. Juliet, according to the property owner.
The new Whataburger will be in a new building where the closed down Capitol City Market operated at the corner of North Mt. Juliet and Lebanon roads, said Mark Lineberry of Lineberry Properties.
Lineberry expects the new building to be available in the first half of 2022 as it goes through the approval process. He expects demolition to begin this summer.
Lineberry Real Estate is a key player in the renovation of North Mt. Juliet. They have developed multiple properties including Starbucks, Krystal, SunTrust Bank, Twin Lake Dental, Lineberry Corner, which includes AT&T, Resha’s Dance Studio, and Affordable Vet Clinic, Verizon, and The City Center.
